Carrying an abundance mindset

Sure, it may be easier said than done, but research shows that positive emotions are really good for the body.

A positive outlook not only aides in healthy behavior changes, but can reduce inflammation in the body, and lower the risk diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and even overall risk of death.

So… How do we “stay positive”, especially during challenging times?

For one, we understand that life is always going to have positive and negatives, happy and sad, good and bad.

Next, create the positive emotions you want to feel!

Understand that you are the person who generates your emotions by what you think.

Sure, it may be hard to feel excited or cheerful during stressful times, but we can tap into some other emotions - even if just for a few minutes here and there throughout the day.

  • Strong

  • Proud

  • Cheerful

  • Calm

  • Joy

  • Love

  • Motivation

  • Grateful

Another, way I choose to stay positive is to surround myself with positive people- the Instagram community is a group that I enjoy and share so many things with! Come follow me for more: motivation, recipes, silly mom moments, at home workouts and so much more!
